My stay was great, enjoyed the spacious single room and the staff quickly sorted out a light bulb issue and brought a heater when I felt cold. I took advantage of the cozy common areas and perfect little spots to relax and unwind. The only minor hiccup was having to use a fire exit for a night, but it didn't dampen my experience at all! 😊

Had a blast with friends! We visited the annual surfing festival and the cricket festival. The hotel had a friendly vibe, great access to local attractions, and breakfast was tasty. Just a heads up, there were no restrictions on using the facilities, which was a plus!
The only downside was that we had to wait two hours with our luggage before check-in, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Just plan your arrival accordingly.

Not what we expected
We stayed for 8 nights in a standard double room. The carpets were messy and the staff were really rude, it was an awkward experience. On the flip side, the breakfasts were decent and Chris was super welcoming. Parking was a bit of a hassle during peak season too.
